More people now use the Net to find specific information as opposed to merely "surfing". They want relevant information when they search the engines and directories. More and more major search engines are currently changing their ranking algorithms. Search engines are in business and in order to provide better service, they they want to combat spam and increase the relevance of "search results". As a result these new algorithms place more emphasis on theme-based quality content.The directories are even more strict in their submit site requirements.

This has increased the need for content-based niche websites. The directories such as Yahoo and DMOZ require websites to comply with content guidelines.

One thing is sure, content based websites are the way to go. Content is King.

and organise cost-effective hosting via SiteGround. Their support is excellent. The only negative at the moment is they dont offer any specific tracking program. You get your stats, but you do need effective ad tracking. You can get a third party product and have them install it for you. Just make sure that it will work on their servers.

Once you have some ideas as to which products you will promote, you will want to test supply and demand for specific keywords and keyword phrases. This you can do using a tool like
